Scope

Headless Entity respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information collected through the LunaGenesis pages at headlessentity.com, including the bug report form and feedback form. It does not govern Steam, itch.io, or other websites and services that we link to.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to submit. The bug report form asks for an email address and technical details about the problem; it may also include your name, device or build information, descriptions, and links to evidence. The feedback form collects your responses about the game and may include optional contact, platform, build, and playtime information.

When either form is submitted, we also receive the originating IP address. Our web server and mail systems may keep ordinary technical logs such as request time, IP address, requested page, and browser information for security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.

Please do not include sensitive personal information in a bug report, feedback response, screenshot, linked file, or other submission.

How we use information

We use submissions to investigate and respond to bug reports, review player feedback, improve LunaGenesis and its accessibility, keep our services secure, and contact you about your submission when you provide an email address.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

Storage and disclosure

Bug reports and feedback are delivered by email and managed in our self-hosted FreeScout help desk. Information may be processed by our email and hosting providers where necessary to transmit, store, secure, or back up the submission, or disclosed when required by law.

We retain submissions only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above. Residual copies may remain in rotating backups for a limited period after deletion. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Cookies, analytics, and third-party resources

The LunaGenesis site does not currently set cookies or use advertising pixels or third-party analytics. Some pages load the Three.js library from the unpkg content delivery network; that provider may receive ordinary request information such as your IP address and browser headers. Following links to Steam, itch.io, or social platforms subjects you to those services' own privacy practices.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information connected with your submission, subject to any information we need to keep for legal, security, or record-keeping reasons. Email contact@headlessentity.com. We may need enough information to locate the relevant submission and verify that the request is yours.

Website terms

This website is provided for information and entertainment. Unless stated otherwise, its original content belongs to Headless Entity and may not be reproduced without permission, except that you may link to pages or quote brief sections with credit.

Do not misuse the site, submit harmful or unlawful material, harass others, interfere with the service, or attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to access. We aim to keep the site accurate and available but do not guarantee that it will always be complete, error-free, or uninterrupted.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy here and update its effective date.
